Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Welding Gates does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Damages. Welding Gates is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Welding Gates against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under CA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in CA for any related dispute.
